Everyone was extremely friendly and thought the food was incredible, in particular the soup at dinner and the breakfast. I also loved the design of the hotel and rooms. I had an issue paying with my credit card regarding the exchange rate my credit card used, the person at the front desk worked really hard to rectify the situation over the next hour so that I could pay in cash, and by the time I got home the credit card charge had been reversed, it meant a lot that everyone worked hard to get it fixed. I was worried it wouldn't get fixed but the assurance you all provided and the prompt correction made all the difference to me and I can't wait to come back!

One of the most beautiful places to spend a weekend

My experience at this hotel was phenomenal. Very quiet, with an excellent view, comfortable rooms. The best part was the hotel staff. Everyone, absolutely everyone, is very friendly, warm, and clearly loves what they do. Excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Truly excellent service. From the moment they collected our luggage at the port, the quality of service was evident. Comfortable cabins, all with lake views, delicious food with local touches and high standards.

We went as a family and stayed in a three-bedroom suite with stunning views. The place is more than welcoming, as are the people who work there.
