Everyone was extremely friendly and thought the food was incredible, in particular the soup at dinner and the breakfast. I also loved the design of the hotel and rooms. I had an issue paying with my credit card regarding the exchange rate my credit card used, the person at the front desk worked really hard to rectify the situation over the next hour so that I could pay in cash, and by the time I got home the credit card charge had been reversed, it meant a lot that everyone worked hard to get it fixed. I was worried it wouldn't get fixed but the assurance you all provided and the prompt correction made all the difference to me and can't wait to come back!

Mi experiencia fue fenomenal en este hotel, muy tranquilo, excelente vista, habitaciones confortables, lo mejor el personal del hotel, todos, absolutamente todos son muy cordiales, cálidos y se ve que les gusta lo que hacen, excelentes anfitriones. Super recomendado!

Realmente un excelente servicio. Desde que recogieron nuestro equipaje en el puerto se nota la calidad del servicio. Cómodas cabañas, todas con vista al Lago, deliciosa comida, con los toques locales y manteniendo altos estándares.
